Embossed Vellum

This card was used to show how to use vellum in your cards.  The vellum was stamped in gold ink and embossed with gold embossing powder.  The edge of the vellum was torn and layered on a pattern paper by Graphics 45.  A ribbon from May Arts was used to attach the vellum to the pattern paper. The base of the card is Bazzil cardstock.  The words are from Technique Tuesday and were stamped with Versa Color Mountain Lake ink.  The swirl stamp is from Hero Arts.

Embossed Heart

The heart for this card is from Stamping Bella.  it was embossed with VersaMark ink and gold embossing powder.  The heart was colored on the back of the vellum with Copic markers.  The vellum was attached to the cardstock layer with gold brads.  Several layers of purple carstock from Bazzil were used to complete the card.  A gold cord embellishes the card.

Love is Kind

This card was created to demonstrate the use of vellum with your printer.  The words from Corinthians were printed on vellum with a desk jet printer and embossed with Ranger Polysparkle embossing powder.  The vellum was attached to red cardstock with vellum tape.  The base of the card is stamped with VersaMark ink and embossed with Ranger Seafoam white embossing powder.  The lace stamp is from Hero Arts.

Thank you

This card is a very simple, elegant card.  The pattern paper is from SEI and is very elegant by itself.  The words are from Technique Tuesday and were stamped with Versa Fine black ink.  The bronze fleur de lis were cut with a Spellbinders die.  The base of the card is a bronze shimmery paper.

Just a Note

This card was created using a 6 X 6 stencil from The Crafters Workshop.  The first step was to create the embossed polka dots by masking off 1  inch of the white cardstock.  The polka dot stamp from Savvy Stamps was embossed with Versa Mark ink and clear embossing powder.  Tourquoise Versa Color ink was sponged over the embossed polka dots.  The ink was wiped off the polka dots.  The polka dots were masked and the stencil was placed above the polka dots.  The same tourquoise ink was sponged on top of the card.  The flower is from Prima.  A pearl from Hero Arts was added to the center of the flower.  Words were stamped with the same torquoise ink.  The words are from Savvy Stamps.

Spellbinders Male Card

This card is a good choice for a male birthday or any other special event or a sympathy card.  With softer colors, I think it could be a nice wedding card.  You can't tell in the picture, but the background paper is gold embossed paper from SEI.  The die cuts are from Spellbinders cut from a gold shimmery cardstock.  The bottom die cut was trimmed to fit on the 4 1/4 inch card width.  The striped paper is also from SEI.  Foam mounting tape was used to raise each layer.

Stocking Gift Card Holder

The stocking was cut from a template with pattern paper from Creative Imaginations and polka dot paper from Jillibean Soup for the heel and toe.  The base of the stocking is red Bazzil cardstock.  The words are from Hero Arts and were stamped in Versa Color green ink.  Bells were added to the flap with a red cord.  I didn't take a picute of the flap open, but a gift card will slip into the stocking when the flap is raised.  A cord was used to create a loop to hang the stocking from the Christams tree.  Source of the cord is unknown.

Magenta Ponsettia

This pointsettia stamp is by Magenta, one of my favorite stamp companies.  It was stamped with black Palette ink and colored with Copic markers.  The same stamp was used on the green Bazzil background cardstock.  The ribbon and gold circle Peel Offs are from Magenta.  In the center of the pointsettias I used a new product, gold Pearl Pen from Viva.

Choir Snowman

I am really far behind in posting my cards from December.  It's been so long, I hope I can remember what products I used.  This choir snowman is a stamp I purchased thinking I would send a Christmas card to all of the members in the choir, well that didn't happen.  What was I thinking!  Maybe next year. This stamp is by Savvy Stamps.  It was stamped with black Versafine ink on white paper and the red and white polka dot paper.  The scarf and cupcake liner were cut from the red paper and layered on the white card stock.  The cupcake frosting is white flock from Stampendous.  Red flock was used for his gloves.  The hat was colored with black Copic marker.  Spellbinders label die cuts were used for the layers.  Blue and red paper is by Bo Bunny.
